Wealthbuilder II is a unique strategy that intentionally selects issues (stocks and/or funds) to be held for a full year (to minimize short term gap gains). I track a model portfolio and I'll run my computer models quarterly to give a fresh listing of issues to consider. With the service, I also provide instruction on how to build up the portfolio, monitor and manage the positions throughout the year. The Wealth Builder II service costs $2,400/yr and includes a 1 year subscription to my website ($1,200 value).

The WealthBuilder II Service provides:

• 1 year consulting service for general Q & A on the model portfolio/positions
• WealthBuilder II current model portfolio positions, updated monthly
• A new/fresh re-run of the WealthBuilder II strategy selections – quarterly
• A general description of strategy selection and portfolio management approach
• In addition, consulting clients receive complementary subscription access to the Strategy Portfolios website ($1,200 value).

The consulting service fee for the WealthBuilder II Service is $2,400

Note: The Wealth-builder II Service also requires the exchange of a confidentiality and service agreement to protect the confidential and proprietary nature of the current strategy selections.
